摘 要:针对碳纤维复合材料失效机理复杂,声发射信号量大,结构健康状态监测困难的问题,提出一种碳纤维复合材料在线监测损伤预测方法。首先,分析铝板中不同位置的典型声发射信号,获得一种声发射信号模态识别方法。在纤维束、树脂单一损伤实验中获得纤维束断裂、树脂开裂声发射信号的模态特征。设计T700碳纤维复合材料层合结构拉伸实验,定义预触发能量E来表征不同载荷条件下碳纤维复合材料由纤维断裂损伤引起的微振动情况。结果表明,纤维束断裂与树脂开裂声发射信号包含不同模态频率成分,且模态成分差异明显。随着损伤的积累,较高频率成分信号的预触发能量E开始波动,这对复合材料层合结构失效有预警作用,为结构健康状态在线监测研究提供参考。Problems for carbon fiber composite material failure mechanism is very complex,large acoustic emission signal,structural health monitoring difficulties,proposed prediction method for online monitoring damage a carbon fiber composite material.First,analyze the typical acoustic emission signals at different positions in the aluminum plate,and obtain an acoustic emission signal modal recognition method.Then,the modal characteristics of the fiber bundle fracture and resin crack acoustic emission signal are obtained by the experiment which only fiber bundle and only resin damage.Finally,carry out tensile test of T700 carbon fiber composite laminate structure,investigate the effect of structural micro vibration caused by fiber fracture damage on the pre-trigger waveform energy E.The result shows,the acoustic emission signals of fiber bundle fracture and resin cracking contain different modal frequency components,and there are significantly different between modal frequency components.With the accumulation of damage,the pre-trigger energy E of the highfrequency signal begins to fluctuate,which has an early warning effect on the failure of the composite laminate structure and is meaningful for the online monitoring of the structural health status.
