绍兴地区农村户外健身器材现状及适老化设计研究

摘　　要：当下社会老龄化不断加剧,我国积极推动"健康中国2030"规划纲要,在农村地区大范围推广户外健身器材。农村老年人作为使用户外健身器材的主要人群,但产品的适老化方面有待提升。本文通过文献研究、问卷调查、实地调研、用户访谈等方式,研究绍兴地区老年人使用户外健身器材的现状、户外健身器材存在的问题,在功能结构、操作指示、色彩材料、互动交流、器材安装等方面提出适老化设计策略。At present,the aging of society is increasing,our country is actively promoting the"Healthy China 2030"planning outline and promoting outdoor fitness equipment on a large scale in rural areas.The elderly in rural areas are the main people using outdoor fitness equipment,but the product's suitability for the elderly needs to be improved.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,field research,user interviews,etc.,this paper studies the current situation of the elderly in Shaoxing area using outdoor fitness equipment;the problems existing in outdoor fitness equipment,in terms of functional structure,operating instructions,color materials,interactive communication,and equipment installation put forward a design strategy for adaptability.
