摘  要:采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法合成镁稳定化钛酸铝粉体,研究了镁源种类对钛酸铝低温合成效果和稳定化效果的影响。结果表明:镁粉或氟化镁均不能稳定钛酸铝,而且促进了非水解同质缩聚,导致钛酸铝无法750℃低温合成。无水醋酸镁和乙醇镁在前驱体混合物中与醇铝和醇钛发生反应,形成Mg-O-Al、Mg-O-Ti、Al-O-Ti异质缩聚键合,促进镁离子在750℃时掺入到钛酸铝晶格中,提高其热稳定性。In this paper,magnesium stabilized aluminum titanate powder was synthesized by non-hydrolyzed sol-gel method.The effect of magnesium source on the low temperature synthesis and stabilization of aluminum titanate was studied.The results showed that neither magnesium powder nor magnesium fluoride could stabilize aluminum titanate,and promoted non-hydrolytic homogeneous condensation,resulting in the failure of the synthesis of aluminum titanate at 750℃.Anhydrous magnesium acetate and magnesium ethanol react with aluminum alcohol and titanium alcohol in the precursor mixture to form heterogeneous polycondensation bonding of Mg-O-Al,Mg-O-Ti and Al-O-Ti,which promotes the incorporation of magnesium ions into aluminum titanate lattice at 750℃and improves its thermal stability.
