摘 要:采用熔盐法制备尺寸和形貌可控的钛酸锶。借助ICP-AES、TG-DTA、XRD、FESEM研究该反应的热动力学过程,探讨熔盐种类对产物的显微结构和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:钛酸锶通过碳酸锶和二氧化钛的固相反应得到;随着熔盐中KCl含量增加,晶胞参数增大,晶粒尺寸也增大;合成的钛酸锶形貌受熔盐种类影响,钠盐环境下通常形成立方或近似立方的钛酸锶,而钾盐有助于形成圆润的多面体。Size and shape controlled SrTiO_(3) particles with using molten salt synthesis(MSS)method were reported in this paper.The as-prepared samples were characterized by an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES),thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The results show that the formation of SrTiO_(3) occurred through solid state reaction between SrCO_(3) and TiO_(2).With increasing the content of potassium chloride in molten salt,the unit cell parameters and the average grain size increases.In addition,morphology of SrTiO_(3) obtained by MSS strongly depend on the types of molten salt used.Cubic and pseudo-cubic SrTiO_(3) microcrystals could be found in NaCl-treated samples,while polyhedron with unclear edges could be found in KCl-treated samples.
