摘 要:为揭示金代耀州窑月白釉的呈色机理,以其为研究对象,分别采用色度仪、紫外-可见-分光光度计、EDXRF、XRD、XPS和Raman等测试方法,分析了色度、反射率、化学组成、物相、着色元素化学态、分子结构等对瓷釉的呈色影响。结果表明,耀州窑金代月白釉瓷的呈色主要由Fe离子的价态决定且釉色差异较小。具有较小的Raman光谱Ip值,说明其烧成温度较低。月白釉的呈色是由釉层内大量的晶体、小而密集的气泡和Fe离子等因素耦合的结果。In this work,the Jin dynasty moon-white glaze of the Yaozhou kiln were studied.In order to investigate the mechanism of the coloring in the moon-white glaze,the effect of chemical composition,phase and microstructure on the coloring are analyzed by colorimeter,UV-Vis-Spectrophotometer,EDXRF,XRD,XPS and Raman.The results indicate that the color appearance of the moon-white glaze porcelain of the Jin dynasty fromYaozhou kiln is mainly determined by the valence state of Fe ions and the glaze color difference is small.The lower Raman spectrum Ip value of the moon-white ware indicates that the firing temperature is lower.The color of moon-white glaze is the result of the coupling of a large number of crystals,small and dense bubbles and Fe ions in the glaze layer.
