摘　　要：肝炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(HIMT)是一种间叶组织来源的交界性肿瘤性病变,是一种真正肿瘤。有时会表现出局部侵袭性、甚至复发或转移,故对HIMT的早期诊断及准确甄别其侵袭性有非常重要的意义。影像学检查如CT、MRI能充分反映HIMT的病理学特点,为HIMT的诊断、鉴别诊断及侵袭性判断提供有价值的信息。文章对HIMT的影像学研究进展进行综述。Hepatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(HIMT)is a kind of tumor like lesions of mesenchymal tissue,also a true borderline tumor.It has invasiveness,even recurrence or metastasis.It is very important to early diagnostic and accurately identify invasiveness of HIMT.Imaging examination(such as CT and MRI)can reflect the pathological characteristics of HIMT and provide valuable information in making diagnosis,differential diagnosis and judging invasiveness of HIMT.This paper will summarize the imaging advances of he hepatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
