超声在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价超声应用在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的效果。方法:纳入2018年4月~2019年4月来本院进行治疗的260例疑似腹部闭合性损伤的患者为观察对象,对所有患者在进行治疗之前均选择采用腹部超声进行诊断,分析腹部超声诊断腹部闭合性损伤的诊断效率。结果:本文260例疑似腹部闭合性损伤的患者经临床病理诊断确诊257例,而通过腹部超声诊断,253例患者被诊断为腹部闭合性损伤,诊断率为98.44%;经过分析本文经过腹部超声诊断的253例患者中肝脏损伤48例,脾脏损伤30例,肾脏损伤24例,胰腺损伤35例,胃肠损伤86例,腹腔积液30例。结论:对肝胆性疾病进行腹部超声诊断能够发挥良好的诊断价值,能够有效地显示出患者腹部闭合性损伤的相关表现,对于辅助临床诊断具有重要意义。Objective:To evaluate the effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury.Methods:The subjects of this study were 260 patients suspected of abdominal closed injury who had been treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.All patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound before treatment,and the diagnostic efficiency of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosing abdominal closed injury was analyzed.Results:The 260 patients with suspected abdominal blunt injury were diagnosed by clinical pathology in 257 cases.Through abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,253 patients were diagnosed with abdominal blunt injury,with a diagnosis rate of 98.44%.After analysis,this article was diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound.Among the 253 patients,48 were liver injury,30 were spleen injury,24 were kidney injury,35 were pancreatic injury,86 were gastrointestinal injury,and 30 were ascites.Conclusion:Abdominal ultrasonography can play a good role in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases,and can effectively show the related manifestations of patients with abdominal closed injury,which is of great significance for the auxiliary clinical diagnosis.
