摘　　要：目的:分析心脏三节段诊断法在超声系统诊断胎儿心脏病中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年11月~2019年5月收治的100例心脏病高危胎儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规超声检查,观察组采用心脏三节段诊断法,比较两组的诊断结果。结果:观察组的诊断准确率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:胎儿心脏病的超声系统诊断中应用心脏三节段诊断法效果突出,不仅让诊断准确率有效提高,而且还不会产生损伤,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of three-segment heart diagnosis in the diagnosis of fetal heart disease by ultrasound system.Methods:100 fetuses at high risk of heart disease from November 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional ultrasound examination,while the observation group was given three-segment heart diagnosis,and the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of three-segment heart diagnosis in the ultrasonic system diagnosis of fetal heart disease has an outstanding effect,which not only improves the diagnostic accuracy effectively,but also does not cause damage.Therefore,it has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
