辅助器械保护下超声乳化治疗硬核白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨硬核白内障采用辅助器械保护下超声乳化治疗的效果。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年11月本院收入的100例(171眼)硬核白内障患者为观察对象,按治疗方式不同分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取传统超声乳化治疗,观察组采取辅助器械保护下超声乳化治疗,对比两组术后1d和3d以及1个月最佳矫正视力、术前和术后3d角膜内皮细胞密度以及角膜水肿发生情况。结果:观察组术后1d和3d以及1个月最佳矫正视力均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3d观察组角膜内皮细胞密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组角膜水肿发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05)。结论:硬核白内障采用辅助器械保护下超声乳化治疗能提高术后矫正视力,减少角膜水肿的发生。Objective:To discuss the effects of auxiliary instrument-assisted ultrasonic emulsification on treatment of hard-nucleus cataract.Methods:100 hard-nucleus cataract patients(171 eyes)treated from January 2019 to November 2019 in our hospital were included.According to different therapies,patients were divided into traditional group(50 cases)and test group(50 cases).The traditional group adopted the conventional ultrasonic emulsification;the test group adopted the auxiliary instrument-assisted ultrasonic emulsification.The best corrected visual acuity after 1d,3d and 1 month of surgery,corneal endothelial cell density before surgery and after 3d of surgery as well as incidences of corneal edema were compared.Results:After 1d,3d and 1 month of surgery,the best corrected visual acuity in the test group was significantly higher than traditional group(P<0.05);after 3d of surgery,corneal endothelial cell density in the test group was significantly higher than traditional group(P<0.05);the incidence of corneal edema in the test group(4.00%)was significantly lower than traditional group(12.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The auxiliary instrument-assisted ultrasonic emulsification can increase the corrected visual acuity and reduce the incidence of corneal edema.
