支辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗颈内动脉破裂宽颈动脉瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析支辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗颈内动脉破裂宽颈动脉瘤的疗效情况。方法:选择2013年6月~2019年6月来本院接受治疗的108例颈内动脉瘤破裂宽颈动脉瘤患者为研究对象,对其使用支辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗,分析最终结果。结果:在108例颈内动脉破裂宽颈动脉瘤受试者之中,104例栓塞成功。2例受试者在手术过程中因出血导致死亡,另外2例受试者因为术后出血死亡,综合病死率为3.7%。结论:针对于颈内动脉破裂宽颈动脉瘤疾病来讲,应用支架辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗能够取得满意效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of interventional embolization with branch-assisted coils in the treatment of ruptured internal carotid artery aneurysms.Methods:108 patients with ruptured and wide-necked aneurysms of internal carotid aneurysm who came to our hospital for treatment from June 2013 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,who were treated with branch-assisted coil intervention and embolization,and the final results were analyzed.Results:Among 108 subjects with internal carotid artery rupture and wide-necked aneurysm,104 were successfully embolized.Two subjects died of bleeding during the operation,and the other two subjects died of postoperative bleeding.The combined mortality rate was 3.7%.Conclusion:In terms of internal carotid artery rupture and wide-necked aneurysm disease,the application of stent-assisted coil intervention embolization can achieve satisfactory results.
