摘　　要：目的:探讨SQA-V精子质量分析仪对精液标本的检测方法,及其结果在男性不育症中的临床应用。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年5月本院收治的374例男性不育患者作为观察组,并另设同期来本院做孕前检查男性350例为对照组,采用SQA-V精子质量分析仪检测两组精液标本,对比并分析两组检测结果。结果:观察组患者精液异常中弱精子症所占比例最高,为24.06%,其次为少精子症9.36%、少弱精子症4.01%、无精子症2.41%、严重少弱精子症0.53%;且观察组各分类比例均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的精液量、精子密度、液化时间、精子活力与活动率比较,观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用SQA-V精子质量分析仪对患者精液标本检测,对诊断男性不育具有一定意义。Objective:To investigate the detection method of SEMEN samples by SQA-V sperm quality analyzer and the clinical application of the results in male infertility.Methods:374 male infertility patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 350 male infertility patients who came to our hospital for pre-pregnancy examination during the same period were set as the control group.The semen samples of the two groups were detected by SQA-V sperm quality analyzer,and the detection results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In the observation group,the highest proportion of semen abnormalities was asthenospermia(24.06%),followed by oligospermia(9.36%),oligospermia(4.01%),azoospermia(2.41%),and severe oligospermia(0.53%).Moreover,the proportion of each category in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The semen volume,sperm density,liquefaction time,sperm motility and sperm motility were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SQA-V sperm quality analyzer was used to detect the semen samples of patients,which has certain significance for the diagnosis of male infertility.
