创业型大学兴起与现代大学制度建设

摘　　要：20世纪下半叶以来,随着大学使命由适应经济社会发展需要向引领经济社会发展方向转变,创业型大学应运而生。创业型大学是具有追求卓越、勇于创新和引领社会变革的精神气质的新型大学,既是现代大学制度的产物,又突破了现代大学制度框架,创新了现代大学制度。当前,我国正处于建设创新型国家、世界科技强国和高等教育强国的伟大进程中,建设创新型大学是关键性举措。应完善中国特色现代大学制度,发挥中国特色现代大学制度的优势,实现大学治理体系现代化,为建设创新型大学营造良好制度环境和条件。Since the second half of the 20th century,entrepreneurial universities have emerged,with the mission of universities changing from adapting to the needs of economic and social development to leading social development.Entrepreneurial universities,which are new-type universities in the spirit of pursuing excellence and innovation and leading social changes,serve as the product of modern university institution,break through its framework,and innovate on it.At present,it is crucial for China to construct innovative universities in the great process of its building an innovative country,and a worldwide powerful country in science and technology and in higher education.Therefore,we are supposed to improve the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics,present its advantages,realize the modernization of the university governance system,and create a good institutional environment and conditions for the construction of innovative universities.
