改良无垂直瘢痕下蒂瓣法乳房缩小成形术45例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良无垂直瘢痕下蒂瓣法治疗巨乳症的效果。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院整形外科2015-01—2019-12行无垂直瘢痕下蒂瓣法乳房缩小成形术的45例巨乳症患者的临床及随访资料。结果术后随访3~39个月。末次随访,45例患者术后乳房形态综合评分为87.22(3.26)分,高于术前的54.82(5.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)评分为3.15(0.81)分。结论改良无垂直瘢痕下蒂瓣法乳房缩小成形术设计合理,具有操作简单、并发症少、乳房塑形佳等优势,是治疗巨乳症患者的一种有效术式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inferior pedicle valve without vertical scar in treatment of giant breast.Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 45 patients with giant breast who underwent reduction mastectomy with inferior pedicle flap without vertical scar from January 2015 to December 2019 in Department of Plastic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 3-39 months of follow-up,during the last follow-up,the comprehensive score of breast shape in 45 patients was(87.22±3.26),which was significantly higher than that before operation(54.82±5.35),(P<0.05).The Vancouver scar rating scale(VSS)score was(3.15±0.81)points.Conclusion Modified inferior pedicle flap without vertical scar has the advantages of reasonable design,simple operation,fewer complications,good breast modeling and so on,so it is an effective surgical method in the treatment of reduction mammaplasty.
