摘  要:研究了薄膜阻隔性能的机理,并对薄膜配方进行设计,通过多层共挤双向拉伸工艺,实现高阻隔薄膜的量产。同时,研究了薄膜配方及成型参数对薄膜厚度均匀性、雾度等性能的影响。The mechanism of barrier property of film was studied,and the formulation of film was designed.The mass pro⁃duction of high barrier film was realized by multi-layer co extrusion biaxial drawing process.At the same time,the effects of film formulation and molding parameters on film thickness uniformity and haze were studied.
