摘  要:该文主要针对电动汽车设计了一种空调控制器的自动化检测系统,该系统基于单片机实现自动化检测功能,详细阐述了系统的架构、硬件构成以及软件实现路径,可根据实际需要通过该装置设置控制器的参数,实现了对空调控制器的使能信号准确接收,并通过程序检测信号工作过程同准确流程间的匹配程度,判断产品的合格与否,并在上位机上显示最终检测结果。An air⁃conditioning controller automatic detection system device is mainly designed for electric vehicles.The system is based on single⁃chip microcomputer to realize automatic detection function.The system architecture,hardware composition and software implementation path are elaborated in detail.The parameters of the controller realize the accurate receiving process of the enable signal of the air conditioner controller,and detect the matching degree between the signal working process and the accurate process through the program,judge whether the product is qualified or not,and display the final test result on the host computer.
