摘　　要：本文分析了目前实训基地建设中存在的问题,从产教融合、"双师型"教师的培养和引进,以及实训课程体系的重构三个方面探讨了从现代技能人才出发,培养学生综合职业能力的实训基地建设方法。实践表明新建设的实训基地极大地促进了学生综合职业能力的培养以及就业竞争力的提高,实现了现代技能人才的培养。This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of training base, and discussed the construction method of training base aiming at cultivating students’ comprehensive vocational ability and modern skilled personnel from three aspects: the industry-education integration, the training and introduction of "double qualified" teachers, and the reconstruction of training curriculum system. Practice shows that the new training base greatly promotes the comprehensive ability and employment competitiveness of students, the training of modern skilled personnel has been realized.
