摘　　要：急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是肾移植术后罕见并发症,肾移植术后AP的发病率约为2%~7%,尤其是急性出血坏死性胰腺炎,治疗困难,死亡率高。本文报告1例肾移植术后并发急性出血性坏死性胰腺炎并致死亡的病例并结合文献复习,分析其诱发因素,探讨其预防和治疗措施。Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a rare complication after renal transplantation,its incidence is about2%-7%after renal transplantation.Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis is especially difficult to treat and has high mortality.This paper reports a case of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis after renal transplantation and ended with death.Combined with literature review,the inducing factors were analyzed and the measures of prevention and treatment were discussed.
