摘  要:为了能够根据一条10 kV线路全年负荷变化的实际情况,模拟在负荷变化下动态无功优化的处理情况,以投资收益最高为目标函数,并采用罚函数对节点电压越限加以约束,建立一个同时考虑系统经济性和安全性的综合数学模型。对某地区全年的负荷变化样本进行聚类分析和典型场景构建。在此基础上,采用蚁群算法进行动态无功优化计算,确定了最优补偿方案。采用IEEE 33标准节点系统进行验证,仿真结果表明,配电网动态无功优化的综合运行成本更低、网络损耗更小、电压更稳定。In order to simulate the dynamic reactive power optimization in the situation of the load change according to the annual load change of a 10 kV transmission line,a comprehensive mathematical model considering both the system economy and safety is established by taking the highest investment return as the objective function and adopting the penalty function to restrict the node voltage overrun.The load change samples in a certain area in a whole year are subjected to cluster analysis and typical scenario construction.On this basis,the ant colony algorithm is used for dynamic reactive power optimization calculation,so that the optimal compensation scheme for reactive power optimization of the power distribution network is determined.The IEEE 33 standard node system is adopted to verify the compensation scheme.The simulation results show that the comprehensive operation cost of the dynamic reactive power optimization of the power distribution network is low,its network loss is small and its voltage is stable.
