摘　　要：基于SA8000标准及其与纺织服装品出口的关联性介绍,结合实证数据指出如人工成本、认证成本等让纺织服装业深陷危机,并通过选取2008—2018年我国与30个国家的纺织品贸易出口数据,建立贸易引力模型证实了SA8000标准的推广对我国纺织服装业的出口具有一定的负面效应,呈现出蓝色贸易的壁垒性。针对结论,提出如下对策建议:促进CSC9000T与SA8000的互认,加快我国纺织服装业结构升级,加强与"一带一路"沿线国家的合作。Based on the introduction of SA8000 standard and its relevance to textile and garment export,combined with empirical data,it is pointed out that textile and garment industry is in deep crisis.By selecting the export data of textile trade between China and 30 countries from 2008 to 2018,a trade gravity model is established,which proves that the promotion of SA8000 standard has certain negative effects on the export of textile and garment industry in China,showing the barrier of blue trade.In view of the conclusion,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:promoting mutual recognition between CSC9000T and SA8000,speeding up the structural upgrading of China's textile and garment industry,and strengthening cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
