粤港澳大湾区内地九市视角下就业青年背景差异性对择业倾向的影响探究  

Research on the Impact of the Difference of Employment Youth Background on Employment Tendency from the Perspective of Nine Cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘  要:本文以大湾区内地九市16~35岁就业青年为研究对象,采用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,提取出11个主要影响因子并验证因子结构,运用独立样本t检验与单因素方差分析,探究不同影响因素在人口统计学变量的组内变异情况,发现户籍、学历、大学生活所在地影响差异性显著。针对研究结论,可以通过构建政-校-企青年人才能力协同培养发展机制,保障女性就业权益与稳定发展,筑牢"平台+旗舰店"城乡一站式就业服务平台,精准对接高低学历青年需求,回引青年实现人才造血等举措,更加精准回应青年人才择业需求,实现青年与城市的良性匹配。In this paper,16-35-year-old employed youth in nine cities in Greater Bay Area are taken as the research objects.Exploratory factor analysis and confi rmatory factor analysis are used to extract 11 main infl uencing factors and verify the factor structure.Independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA are used to explore the variation of different infl uencing factors in demographic variables.It is found that household registration,education background and university life location have signifi cant differences.In view of the research conclusions,we can build a cooperative training and development mechanism for young talents of government-school-enterprise,guarantee women's employment rights and stable development,build a"platform+fl agship store"one-stop employment service platform for urban and rural areas,accurately meet the needs of young people w ith high and low academic qualifications,and introduce young people to achieve talent hematopoiesis and other measures,so as to respond more accurately to the employment needs of young talents and achieve a healthy match between young people and cities.
