摘　　要：自20世纪下半叶以来,在去工业化、欧洲一体化和经济全球化的交叉点,欧洲城市正在经历一个不断转型的过程,而公共空间的数字化正在通过大数据的产生、管理和处理重新定义城市和社会文化景观。本文本中介绍的公共艺术和场所营造硕士课程可以被认为是对我们时代的社会、文化、经济和政治紧迫性,以及对欧盟高等教育议程所确定的艺术教育所面对的区域和全球挑战的回应。Since the second half of the 20 th century,European cities are witnessing a process of incessant urban transformation at the intersection between de-industrialization,European integration,and economic globalization(Pasikowska-Schnass,2017),while the digitalization of the public space is redefining urban and social-cultural landscapes,through the genesis,the management,and the processing of big data.Public art and place-making Master programs introduced in this text can be considered as responses both to the social,cultural,economic and political urgencies of our time,and to the regional and global challenges for art education fixed by the Agenda for Higher Education of the European Union.
