自体耳软骨支架在鼻整形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨将自体耳软骨制成鼻支架应用于隆鼻手术的临床效果。方法自2017年6月至2020年6月,郑东臻颜医疗美容门诊部对要求隆鼻的133例求美者,切取其自体双侧耳甲腔软骨,制成耳软骨隆鼻支架后进行隆鼻手术。结果所有患者切口均愈合良好,鼻部外形美观。术后133例求美者获随访6~12个月,鼻尖处耳软骨支架稳定,触之手感逼真,无软骨显形及皮肤红肿、破溃等现象出现。鼻背长度/鼻高的比值和鼻尖高度/鼻高的比值与术前比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明临床效果的有效性。结论将自体耳甲腔软骨制成鼻支架用于隆鼻手术,较传统的假体隆鼻术,其形态自然、手感逼真;较切取肋软骨的隆鼻术,其损伤较小,外形更自然,求美者易于接受。值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of autologous auricular cartilage scaffold in rhinoplasty.Methods From June 2017 to June 2020,133 beauty seekers underwent rhinoplasty in Zhengdong Zhenyan Cosmetic Clinic were included in the study.The autologous bilateral concha cartilage was obtained to make auricular cartilage scaffold for rhinoplasty.Results All beauty seekers were followed up for 6 to 12 months.All incisions healed well after operation.The nasal appearance was beautiful.The auricular cartilage scaffold at nasal tip was stable and the touch was realistic.No cartilaginous appearance and redness,swollen and ulcer of skin occurred.The ratio of nasal dorsum length to nasal height and the ratio of nasal tip height to nasal height after operation was better than that before operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The autologous concha cartilage scaffold in rhinoplasty is better than prosthesis in traditional augmentation rhinoplasty.The appearance is natural and the touch is realistic.Compared with the augmentation rhinoplasty by costal cartilage,the application of autologous auricular cartilage in rhinoplasty has small damage and natural appearance.It should be considerable for clinical application.
