摘 要:在排查影响油井腐蚀因素的基础上,通过对酒东油田油井腐蚀产物的外貌形态及X线衍射分析,确定油井腐蚀主要因素是油井采出液含水矿化度高导致的电化学腐蚀和CO 2腐蚀、O 2腐蚀及垢下腐蚀。此外,抽油泵偏磨导致防护层脱落加剧了电化学腐蚀。针对腐蚀因素实施了耐蚀材料、涂层防腐、牺牲阳极、化学药剂防腐措施,并在现场进行试验及监测,试验结果表明:对腐蚀因素较多的油井,采取耐腐蚀材料和加注化学药剂可以有效控制油井的腐蚀。Based on various factors that affecting oil well corrosion,the appearance and X-ray diffraction of the corrosion products of oil wells in Jiudong Oilfield were analyzed,the main factors of oil well corrosion were electrochemical corrosion caused by high water-bearing salinity of the oil well produced fluid,CO 2 corrosion and O 2 corrosion and corrosion under scale.In addition,electrochemical corrosion was aggravated by the loss of protective layer by the eccentric wear of the oil pump.The anti-corrosion materials,anti-corrosion coating,sacrificial anode,chemical agent of anti-corrosion measures were implemented in view of the corrosive factors,and on-site monitoring and tests were also have been carried out.The test results showed that the use of corro-sion-resistant materials and chemical injection could effectively control the corrosion of oil wells with more cor-rosive factors.
