摘  要:聚丙烯酸钾是一种适度交联的聚电解质,在水中能解离出K+和带负电的聚合物空间网架结构,在空间网架结构内外形成的离子浓度差,并产生渗透压使钻井液中的水分进入空间网架内部,能够降低水基钻井液中自由水含量。在泥页岩等地层中,对钻井液抑制性能、滤失性能、储层保护性能等要求较高,可以在钻井液中加入适量的聚丙烯酸钾,进一步增强钻井液的性能。Potassium polyacrylate is a kind of moderately cross-linked polyelectrolyte.It can dissociate K+and negatively charged polymer spatial grid structure in water.The ion concentration difference formed inside and outside the spatial grid structure will generate osmotic pressure to make the drilling fluid entering the space grid,which can reduce the free water content in the water-based drilling fluid.In shale and other formations,drilling fluid suppression performance,fluid loss performance,reservoir protection performance and other re-quirements are relatively high.An appropriate amount of potassium polyacrylate can be added to the drilling fluid to further enhance the performance of the drilling fluid.
