膦酸体系对砂岩酸化的缓速作用室内研究

摘  要:对于砂岩储层,采用常规土酸体系酸化时,由于反应速率过快,在近井地带消耗大量的氟化氢,降低酸液的深层穿透能力,影响酸化效果。通过开展膦酸体系的溶蚀评价实验,研究膦酸体系的缓速效果。实验结果表明,膦酸体系在初始时溶蚀率低于土酸体系,在3 h后膦酸体系的溶蚀率迅速提高,基本与土酸体系的溶蚀率持平,甚至高于土酸体系,表明膦酸体系在砂岩酸化时可以起到一定的缓速作用,达到深层酸化的效果。With the continuous development of oilfields,acidification has become an important means of in-creasing oilfield production.For sandstone reservoirs,when the conventional soil acid system is used for acidi-fication,the reaction fast rate,which consumes a large amount of hydrogen fluoride in the near-wellbore zone,reducing the deep penetration ability of the acid and the acidification effect.In this paper,the corrosion test e-valuation of phosphonic acid system is carried out to study the retarding effect of phosphonic acid system.The experimental results showed that the initial corrosion rate of the phosphonic acid system is lower than that of the earth acid system,and the corrosion rate of the phosphonic acid system increased rapidly after 3 hours,which was basically the same as that of the earth acid system,and even higher than that of the earth acid sys-tem.The acid system can slow down the sandstone acidification to a certain extent to achieve the effect of deep acidification.
