摘  要:通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究调制DSC(MDSC)技术在聚烯烃玻璃化转变温度测试中的应用。先通过常规DSC测试3种聚烯烃玻璃化转变温度(Tg),其中聚乙烯PE-1的玻璃化转变不明显,用MDSC测试分析。对MDSC参数中的调制振幅进行优化,先优选出调制振幅1.0℃较适合。通过MDSC测试,PE-1玻璃化转变现象明显,能准确测量玻璃化转变温度为-33.27℃。通过数据分析,展现MDSC测试分析的优越性。The application of modulated DSC(MDSC)technology in polyolefin glass transition temperature measurement was studied by differential scanning calorimeter.The glass transition temperature of three poly-olefins was first tested by conventional DSC,and the glass transition of polyethylene PE-1 was not obvious,and it was analyzed by MDSC test.The modulation amplitude in the MDSC parameters was optimized,and the optimal modulation amplitude was 1.0℃.In the MDSC test,the glass transition phenomenon of PE-1 was obvious,and the glass transition temperature could be accurately measured as-33.27℃.The superiority of MDSC test analysis was demonstrated through data analysis.
