四川省婴幼儿食品及坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿粪便中梭状芽胞杆菌的检测与分析

摘  要:目的了解四川省市售婴儿配方粉中梭状芽胞杆菌的污染状况及坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿携带梭状芽胞杆菌情况,为食品监管及疾病防控提供依据。方法采集坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿粪便、市售婴儿配方粉,进行梭状芽胞杆菌分离,用16S rRNA基因克隆测序的方法对可疑菌株进行鉴定。结果63份样本中检出31株梭菌,检出率为49.2%。其中,坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿粪便中检出丁酸梭菌最多,33份样本中检出21份,市售婴儿配方粉中检出生孢梭菌最多,30份样本中检出5份。结论市售配方粉中生孢梭菌污染较高,需加强监测,坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿粪便检出丁酸梭菌较高,需进一步开展研究。Objective To investigate the contamination status of Clostridium difficile in infant formula powder sold in Sichuan Province and the carrying status of Clostridium difficile in children with necrotizing enterocolitis,so as to provide basis for food hygiene supervision department and disease prevention and control.Methods Samples from the stool of necrotizing enterocolitis and the infants formula sold were collected,clostridium was isolated,at last the isolates were identified by 16S rRNA gene cloning method.Results A total of 31 strains of Clostridium difficile were detected in 63 samples.The rate is 49.2%.The carriage rate of Clostridium butyricacid in the stool of necrotising enterocolitis is the highest,and 21 of 33 samples were detected.The carriage rate of Clostridium sporogenes in infant formula sold is the highest,5 out of 30 samples were detected.Conclu sion The contamination of Clostridium sporogenes in the commercially available formula powder is high,which needs to be strengthened monitoring.Clostridium butyricum from stool of children with necrotizing enterocolitis is high,which needs to be further studied.
