摘 要:目的 建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定灵芝中29种元素的检测方法。方法 样品经处理后加入硝酸,通过微波消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定29种元素的量,以Bi、Ge、In、Rh、Sc、Y作为内标,内标标准曲线法定量。结果 29种待测元素的线性关系良好,相关系数≥0. 999 4,精密度(RSD)在1. 35%~7. 78%,加标回收率在82. 4%~107. 7%,检出限为0. 000 1 mg/kg~1. 00 mg/kg。国家标准物质灌木枝叶质控样GBW 07603(GSV-2)中29种元素测得值基本都在标准值允许范围内。结论 该方法前处理简单,分析速度快,检测限低,灵敏度高,准确度好,精密度高,可作为同时快速检测灵芝中多元素含量的方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 29 elements in Ganoderma lucidum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The samples were treated with nitric acid and digested by microwave.The contents of 29 elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Bi,Ge,in,Rh,SC,Y were used as intermal standard,and the internal standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.Results The linear relationship of 29 elements under test was good,the correlation cofficient r was≥0.9994,the precision(RSD)was within 1.35%-7.78%,the recovery of standard addition was within 82.4%-107.7%,and the detection limit was within 0.0001 mg/kg-1.00 mg/kg.The values of 29 elements in GBW 07603(GSV-2),the national standard material,are basically within the allowable range of the standard values.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high analysis speed,low detection limit,high sensitivity,high accuracy and high precision.It can be used for the simultaneous and rapid determination of multiple elements in Ganoderma lucidum.
