摘 要:目的 评价NS1抗原胶体金法在登革热早期快速诊断中的应用价值。方法 对656例登革热临床确诊病例血清标本采用胶体法检测NS抗原,同时使用real-time PCR法检测登革病毒RNA核酸,然后对检测结果进行比较分析。结果 NS1抗原胶体金法检测阳性率为94. 2%,RNA核酸real-time PCR法检测阳性率为95. 4%,2种方法阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1. 11,P> 0. 05);两者符合率为93. 3%,联合检测的阳性率为98. 2%,联合检测的阳性率高于其余两者单独检测的阳性率。结论 NS1抗原胶体金法可用于登革热的早期快速诊断,与real-time PCR法联合检测具有更高的阳性检出率。Objective To evaluate the value of NS1 antigen colloidal gold method in the early rapid diagnosis of Dengue fever.M ethods NS1 antigen was detected by colloid method in serum samples of 656 clinically confirmed cases of Dengue fever,and real-time PCR method was used to detect Dengue virus*RNA nucleic acid,and then the result was compared.Results The positive rate of NS1 antigen by colloidal gold assay was 94.2%and 95.4%by RNA nucleic acid real-time PCR assay.There was no statistical significance on the difference between the two methods(χ^(2)=1.11,P>0.05);the coincidence rate of two methods was 93.3%,and the positive rate of joint detection was 98.2%.The positive rate of combined detection was higher than the other two.Conclusion NS1 antigen colloidal gold assay can be used for the early and rapid diagnosis of Dengue fever,and the combined detection has a higher positive rate.
