摘　　要：目的分析大疱性类天疱疮患者的皮损培养病原菌和药敏结果,以及相关的感染指标,为临床治疗提供指导和依据。方法回顾性分析2016年-2019年大疱性类天疱疮患者的皮损培养阳性结果及同步检测的感染指标白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白和降钙素原。结果金黄色葡萄球菌是大疱性类天疱疮患者的皮损培养的主要病原菌。药敏分析显示,金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌细菌的耐药率有明显差异,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌相对于金黄色葡萄球菌更易发生甲氧西林和氟喹诺酮类耐药。患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白和降钙素原结果比较符合细菌培养结果。结论大疱性类天疱疮患者皮损感染的细菌耐药率较高,临床应在正确的药敏结果下合理用药。Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility results of skin lesion culture in patients with bullous pemphigoid and their related infection indicators,so as to provide guidance and basis for elinical treatment.Methods A retropective analysis of positive results of skin lesion culture and simultaneous detection of leukocytes,neutro-phils,C-reactive protein and procaleitonin in bullous pemphigoid patients from 2016 to 2019 was prformed.Results Staphy-lococcus aureus was the main pathogen in the culture of skin lesions in patients with bullous pemphigoid.Drug sensitivity analysis showed that there was a significant diference in drug resistance rate between Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative Staphylococcus.Compared with Staphylococcus aureus,coagulase-negatie Stphylococci were more prone to methicilin and fluoroquinolone resistance.The results of leukocytes,neutrophils percentage,C-reactive protein and procaleitonin were more in line with the bacterial culture.Conclusion The bacterial resistance rate of skin lesions infection in patients with bullous pemphigoid is relatively high,and they should be administered rationally under the guidance of orreet drug sensitivity results.
