摘 要:目的 对2种国产品牌流动注射仪水中氨氮测定结果进行有效性和一致性评估。方法 选择国内常用的2种品牌流动注射仪进行饮用水及水源水中氨氮的测定,对线性范围、最低检测质量浓度、精密度、加标回收率等相关参数进行比对分析;并将两台仪器测定实际水样的检测结果及与现行国家标准方法的测定结果进行比对;同时,采用国家有证标准物质作为质控样品考察两台仪器测定结果的准确性。结果 2种品牌流动注射仪在0. 02 mg/L~2. 00 mg/L内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均>0. 999;最低检测质量浓度均可达0. 012 mg/L;相对标准偏差均<2%;加标回收率分别为85. 6%~101%和86. 0%~99. 6%;对实际水样的测定结果经t检验与国家标准方法比对及两台仪器之间结果比对,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);采用国家有证标准物质作为质控样品进行测定,结果均在不确定度范围内。结论 2种品牌的流动注射仪对生活饮用水及其水源水中进行氨氮测定,获得的结果有效、一致,均能满足方法学及《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)中氨氮限值的评价要求。Objective To evaluate the validity and consisteney of the determination results of ammonia nitrogen in water of two domestic brands of flow injection instruments.Methods The determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water and source water by two brands of flow injection instruments commonly used in China.The linear range,lowest detection mass concentra-tion,precision,standard addition recovery and other relevant parameters were compared and analyzed.The results of the two in-struments were compared with those of the current national standard method.At the same time,the national certifed reference materials were used as quality control samples to investigate the accuracy of the results of Iwo instruments.Results There was a good linear relationship between the two brands in the range of 0.02 mg/L-2.00 mg/L,the correlation cofficient(r)was greater than 0.999,the lowest detection mass concentration was 0.012 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was under 2%,and the recovery rates of adding standards were respectively in 85.6%-101%and 86.0%-99.6%.The measurement resuls of actual water samples were compared with the national standard method by 1-test and the results of two instruments were also compared by t-test.There was no statistical significance on the difference(P>0.05).Using national certified reference male-rials as quality control samples for determination,the results were all in the range of uncertainty.Conclusion Determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water and its source water by flow injection instruments of two brands.The results were effective and consistent,and it can meet the evaluation requirements of methodology and the limit value of ammonia nitrogen in the hygi-enie standard for drinking watler(GB 5749-2006).
