摘　　要：目的对1例不明原因所致急性弛缓性麻痹(周围性瘫痪)患儿的早期康复护理进行评价,探讨护理经验,为临床提供有价值的参考。方法收集此例急性弛缓性麻痹患儿住院病历资料,总结针对此患儿临床特点所制订的护理措施,并评价护理效果。结果通过实施基础护理措施、专科疾病护理措施,该患儿得到积极的治疗和护理,患儿肢体麻痹症状得到一定程度的恢复,护理效果相对较好。结论对急性弛缓性麻痹患儿实施早期康复护理干预有助于提高治疗效果,有助于肢体生理功能的康复。Objective To evaluate the early rehabilitation nursing of a child with acute flaccid paralysis(peripheral paralysis)caused by unknown reasons,to explore nursing experience,and to provide a valuable reference for clinical practice.Methods The medical records of this patient with acute flaccid paralysis were collected,the nursing measures were summarized formulated for the clinical characteristics of this child and the nursing effect was evaluated.Results Implementing primary care measures and specialist care measures conducted,the child was actively treated and cared for,and the symptoms of limb paralysis were recovered to a certain extent with nursing effect was relatively good.Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with acute flaccid paralysis is conducive to improve the therapeutic effect and the rehabilitation of limb physiological function.
