摘　　要：目的传代培养三带喙库蚊实验室种群。方法饲养室室温范围(26±2)℃;相对湿度范围(75±5)%;光照时间:14 h/d,以纯猪肝粉为幼虫饲料,采用低密度饲养幼虫、大蚊笼饲养成虫等方法连续饲养三带喙库蚊实验室种群20个世代。结果经过3个世代的环境适应,三带喙库蚊蚊卵孵化率保持在85%以上,化蛹率高于80%,羽化率高于90%,吸血率高于80%,产卵率高于70%。各项生物学特性均达到预期水平。结论三带喙库蚊实验室养殖关键在于根据其生物学特性优化调整饲养条件及饲养方法。Objective To subculture the laboratory population of Culex tritaeniorhynchus.Methods Pure pig liver powder was used as the larvae fodder,and low-density larvae and large mosquito cages were used to constantly breed 20 generations of Culex tritaeniorhynchus under the environment with temperature range of(26±2)°C,relative humidity range of(75±5)%and illumination time of 14 h/d.Results Culex tritaeniorhynchus was found to have the incubation rate above 85%,pupating rate higher than 80%,eclosion rate higher than 90%,bloodsucking rate greater than 80%,and spawning rate greater than 70%after 3 generations of environmental adaptation.All biological characteristics met expectations.Conclusion The breeding key for Culex tritaeniorhynchus breeding room is to optimize the conditions and methods for breeding according to corresponding biological characteristics.
