摘　　要：目的了解广州市某艺术高校新生艾滋病知识、态度与行为现状,为针对性开展高校艾滋病宣教工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,通过问卷星网络调查平台填写匿名问卷,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果收取有效问卷1161份,艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为85.36%,其中"目前我国青年学生中艾滋病流行呈快速增长趋势,主要传播方式为男性同性性行为,其次为异性性行为"知晓率(45.91%)最低,"发生高危行为后,应主动寻求艾滋病检测与咨询"知晓率(98.97%)最高。不同性别(χ^(2)=0.515,P>0.05)、不同家庭居住地(χ^(2)=0.836,P>0.05)学生艾滋病基本知识总知晓率差异无统计学意义。对"艾滋病离我很远"持反对态度者占39.28%,对"我很害怕感染艾滋病,因为它是很可怕的疾病"持赞同态度者占83.46%。艾滋病知识主要获取途径为浏览网页。同性恋、双性恋或尚未确定性取向者共占13.70%;报告发生过性行为者占4.31%,第一次发生性行为时使用了安全套者占68.00%。仅3.53%的学生最近一年做过艾滋病检测。结论广州市某艺术高校新生艾滋病总体认知不足,应采用在校生喜闻乐见的形式推进艾滋病知识在高校中普及,从而降低学生群体在大学阶段感染艾滋病的风险。Objective To understand the current status of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of a freshman in an art college in Guangzhou,and to provide a basis for the targeted teaching of AIDS in colleges and universities.Methods Using the whole group sampling method,anonymous questionnaires were filled in via the Questionnaire Star online survey platform,and SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1161 valid questionnaires were collected,with an overall knowledge rate of 85.63%,of which"at present,China’s young students in the AIDS epidemic showed a rapid growth trend,the main mode of transmission for male same-sex,followed by heterosexual sex"know rate(45.91%)the lowest,the highest(98.97%)was for"seeking HIV testing and counselling after having high-risk behavior".The difference in the overall knowledge of AIDS among students of different genders(χ^(2)=0.515,P>0.05)and families(χ^(2)=0.836,P>0.05)was not statistically significant(P>0.05)."AIDS is far away from me"of the opposition to 39.28%,"I am afraid of AIDS,because it is a terrible disease"of the people who agree with 83.46%.AIDS knowledge was mainly acquired through web browsing.lesbian,gay,bisexual or ncertain sexual orientation persons accounted for 13.70%,4.31%reported having sex and 68.00%of those who used condoms during the first sexual encounter.Only 3.53%of students had been tested for HIV in the last year.Conclusion The general awareness of AIDS in freshman college in Guangzhou is insufficient,and aids should be promoted in the form of students’favorite news,so as to reduce the risk of AIDS infection among the student population at the university level.
