摘 要:目的对比超声提取、湿法消解两种前处理方法对工作场所中锰、锌、镉含量测定结果的影响。方法分别采用超声提取、湿法消解两种方法对微孔滤膜质控样品进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)进行测定。结果超声提取法元素检出限为0.028~1.070μg/L,加标回收率为94.7%~106.4%,RSD为1.0%~2.6%;湿法消解法元素检出限为0.26~2.46μg/L,加标回收率为89.1%~111.7%,RSD为2.3%~4.8%。结论超声提取法的结果准确度、精密度较高,且其检出限较低,适合工作场所中金属类化合物含量测定的前处理,可为今后空气中金属元素检测提供一定的参考依据。Objective The effects of two pretreatment methods,ultrasonic extraction and wet digestion,on the determination of manganese,zinc and cadmium in the workplace were investigated.Methods The microporous membrane quality control samples were pretreated by ultrasonic extraction and wet digestion,respectively,and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results The detection limit of elements in ultrasonic extraction was 0.028-1.070μg/L,and the recovery rate after standard addition was 94.7%-106.4%,and the RSD was 1.0%-2.6%.The detection limit of elements in the wet digestion method was 0.26-2.46μg/L,and the recovery rate after standard addition was 89.1%-111.7%,and the RSD was 2.3%-4.8%.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction method has high accuracy and precision,and the detection limit is low.The ultrasonic extraction method is suitable for the pretreatment of the determination of metal compounds in the workplace,and provides some reference for the future detection of metal elements in the air.
