摘 要:目的分析2017-2019年张家港市饮用水中氟化物监测结果,探索张家港市生活饮用水氟化物污染情况,并通过健康风险评价模型,初步评价氟化物经饮水途径所引起的健康风险,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法根据《江苏省农村饮用水监测方案》和实际情况制定张家港地区生活饮用水监测方案和设置监测点。按照相关的国家标准采集、检验和评价,同时借鉴美国国家环境保护署推荐的方法建立饮用水中健康风险评价模型,初步评价氟化物的健康风险。结果2017-2019年张家港市共采集水样912份,其中水源水24份、出厂水108份、末梢水720份、二次供水60份。该地区生活饮用水中氟化物含量(0.220±0.065)mg/L,均在标准范围之内,合格率为100.0%;水中氟化物健康风险为1.49×10^(-9)/a。结论2017-2019年张家港市饮用水水质较好,氟化物含量处于较低水平,氟化物健康风险较低。Objective The results of flupride monitoring in drinking water in Zhangjiagang from 2017 to 2019 were analysed to explore the fluoride contamination in Zhangjiagang’s domestic drinking water,and the health risks caused by fluoride via the drinking water route were preliminarily evaluated through a health risk assessment model to provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods To develop a monitoring programme for drinking water in Zhangjiagang area and to set up monitoring points according to the Jiangsu Rural Drinking Water Monitoring Programme and the actual situation.The health risks of fluoride were initially evaluated by collecting,testing and evaluating according to the relevant national standards,and also by establishing a health risk evaluation model in drinking water based on the method recommended by the US National Environmental Protection Agency.Results From 2017 to 2019,912 water samples were collected in Zhangjiagang,including 24 from water sources,108 from factory water,720 from terminal water and 60 from secondary water supply.The fluoride content of drinking water in the area(0.220±0.065)mg/L was within the standard,with a pass rate of 100.0%.The health risk of fluoride monitoring was 1.49×10^(-9)/a.Conclusion From 2017 to 2019,the quality of drinking water in Zhangjiagang City is good,the fluoride content is at a low level,and the fluoride health risk is low.
