韩国平昌“科技奥运”对我国的启示

摘　　要：“科技奥运”是当前奥运会及世界体育竞技赛事发展的主流趋势,现代科技在促进大型体育赛事高质量筹办的同时,更能彰显国家的科技发展状况,带动产业升级优化。文章在讨论科技与奥运相互促进的基础上,分析了韩国平昌冬奥会“科技奥运”实践的需求分析、计划与组织构建、工程实施、成果验收4个阶段。我国科技奥运促进产业优化升级实践在一定程度上窄化了科技体育赛事带动国家产业、经济发展的内涵,文章建议政府在战略规划层面合理定位体育科技举措对产业的作用,在实施内容.上选择更具有社会化及融合化特征的科技,以形成科技与体育文化的创新链机制,实现科技赛事促进产业优化升级。"High-tech 0lympics"is the mainstream trend in the development of the current 0lympic Games and world sports competitions.While modern technology promotes the high-quality preparation of large-scale sports events,it can also highlight the country's technological development and promote industrial upgrading and optimization.On the basis of discussing the mutual promotion of science and technology and the 0lympics,the article analyzes the 4 stages of the practice of the“High-tech 0lympics”in the PyeongChang Winter 0lympics in South Korea,including demand analysis,planning and organization construction,project impl ementation,and results acceptance.The practice of promoting industrial optimization and upgrading of my country's High-tech 0lympics has narrowed the connotation of scientific and technological sports events to promote national industry and economic deve lopment to a certain extent.The article recommends that the government reasonably position the role of sports science and technology measures on the industry at the strategic planning level,and choose more in terms of impl ementation content.Technology with the characteristics of socialization and integration to form an innovation chain mechanism of technology and sports culture,and realize technological competitions to promote industrial opt imization and upgrading.
