罗氏内异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了近年来有关罗氏内异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床应用及疗效机制研究进展。罗氏内异方由我国著名中医妇科学专家罗元恺教授创制,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛、软坚散结等功效,主要用于治疗子宫内膜异位症。近年来的临床应用提示该方在改善疼痛症状、缩小盆腔包块、提高妊娠率、提高生活质量等方面疗效显著,且长期用药无明显毒副作用;罗氏内异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制较复杂,涵盖了细胞免疫学、血液流变学、内分泌学及细胞形态学、细胞侵袭等方面,今后有待从分子生物学角度进一步阐明本方的作用机制。In this article,the progress in the clinical application and therapeutic mechanism of Luo’s Neiyi Prescription(Luo’s Prescription for Endometriosis)for the treatment of endometriosis was reviewed.Luo’s Neiyi Prescription is a recipe established by professor LUO Yuan-Kai,a famous Chinese gynecology expert.The recipe has the actions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,promoting qi movement and relieving pain,and softening hardness to dissipate mass,which can be used to treat endometriosis.The results of clinical application of Luo’s Neiyi Prescription in recent years showed that the recipe exerts obvious effect on relieving pain symptom,reducing pelvic mass,increasing the pregnancy rate,and improving the quality of life of the endometriosis patients,and has no obvious toxic or side effects during the long-term medication.The therapeutic mechanism of Luo’s Neiyi Prescription for the treatment of endometriosis is complicated,and involves the immunocytology,hemorheology,endocrinology,cytomorphology,and cell invasion.And the further research of the therapeutic mechanism of Luo’s Neiyi Prescription for the treatment of endometriosis from the molecular biology is expected in the future.
