摘 要:目的调查研究2013-2018年北京市西城区其它感染性腹泻的流行特征及时空聚集分布特点,为疾病的精准防控提供依据。方法从"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中获取2013-2018年北京市西城区其它感染性腹泻病例资料并进行描述性分析,再应用SaTScan 9.6软件探索其时空聚集性。结果2013-2018年北京市西城区各街道均有其它感染性腹泻病例报告,6年累计报告病例15457例,年均发病率为197.24/10万,发病呈明显季节性,发病高峰期为5-9月。0~4岁儿童是高发人群,其发病数和发病率均高于其他年龄组。SaTScan时空扫描分析显示全区各街道均有流行,一类聚集区集中于西南部,二类聚集区涉及中部的5个街道,主要在6-8月出现聚集现象。结论北京市西城区其它感染性腹泻病发病存在时空聚集性,应在发病高峰到来前重点加强西南部各街道重点人群的防控工作,从而控制疾病的传播和扩散。Objective To investigate and study epidemiological characteristics and spatiotemporal clustering distribution characteristics of other infectious diarrheas in Xicheng District of Beijing from 2013 to 2018.Methods The incidence data of other infectious diarrheas in Xicheng District from 2013 to 2018 were obtained from the"China Disease Information System for Prevention and Control",descriptive analysis was conducted,and clustering distribution characteristics were explored with SaTScan 9.6 software.Results Other infectious diarrheas cases were reported in streets of Xicheng District from 2013 to 2018.A total of 15457 cases of other infectious diarrheas were reported with annual incidence rate of 197.24/100000 in the past 6 years,the incidence was seasonal and the peak incidence ranged from May to September.Children aged 0 to 4 years old are high-risk populations.SaTScan scan analysis showed that there were other epidemic diarrheas epidemics in all streets across Xicheng District.Class I cluster area was in the southwest,and Class II cluster area involved five central streets,and main clustering phenomena appears from June to August.Conclusion The incidence of other infectious diarrheas in Xicheng District shows spatiotemporal clustering characteristics.It is necessary to tighten the prevention and control of key populations in the southern streets before the onset of the peak incidence,so as to control the transmission and spread of other infectious diarrheas.
