摘 要:提升重大科技基础设施效益,对于提升科技竞争实力、打造科技强国、服务经济社会发展和国家安全意义重大。基于"投入—产出"的分析视角,以国家建成运行的32个重大科技基础设施为样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fs/QCA),分析物力投入、财力投入和人力投入三类条件因素对重大科技基础设施综合效益的协同影响机制。研究结论可为重大科技基础设施效益提升的多元战略举措提供支持和参考。The construction of large research infrastructure and the improvement of its benefits are of great significance to the breakthrough of major scientific and technological problems,the enhancement of scientific and technological competitiveness,the building of a powerful scientific and technological power,and the service of economic and social development and national security.Based on the perspective of"input-output"analysis,this paper takes 32 large research infrastructures that have been completed and put into operation in China as sample cases,and uses the method of qualitative comparative analysis(fs/QCA)to analyze the collaborative influence mechanism of three kinds of conditional factors,namely material input,financial input and human input,on the comprehensive benefits of large research infrastructure.The research conclusion provides support and reference for multiple strategic measures to enhance the benefits of large research infrastructure.
