摘　　要：新中国成立以来,国家经济安全观历经探索与奠基、初创与发展、确立与加强、拓展与深化、创新与成熟五个阶段,呈现出从维护自身经济安全到与维护世界经济安全并重,从维护短期经济安全到与维护长期经济安全并重,从维护发展速度安全到与维护发展质量安全并重,从维护传统领域安全到与维护新兴领域安全并重,从维护实体经济安全到与维护虚拟经济安全并重的发展趋势。总结国家经济安全观建设的历史经验,必须坚持党的领导与以人民为中心相统一,坚持立足国内与全球视野相统筹,坚持预防为主与底线思维相融合,坚持经济发展与经济安全相协调,坚持顶层设计与基层探索相结合,这对于推动新时代国家经济安全战略科学化、系统化发展具有重要意义。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the concept of national economic security has undergone five stages of exploration and foundation,start-up and development,establishment and strengthening,expansion and deepening,innovation and maturity,showing that from maintaining its own economic security to maintaining world economic security,from maintaining short-term economic security to maintaining long-term economic security,from maintaining the speed and security of development to maintaining the quality and safety of development,from maintaining security in traditional areas to maintaining security in emerging areas,from maintaining the security of the real economy to maintaining the security of the virtual economy.To summarize the historical experience of the construction of the national economic security concept,we must adhere to the unity of the CPC leadership and people-centered,adhere to the integration of domestic and global vision,adhere to the integration of prevention-oriented and bottom-line thinking,adhere to the coordination of economic development and economic security,and adhere to the combination of top-level design and grass-roots exploration,which is of great significance for promoting the scientific and systematic development of national economic security strategy in the new era.
