天津文化产业园区综合性发展战略分析

摘　　要：加强文化产业园区建设是构建文化强市的重要举措。近年来,天津在相关领域取得重大成就,但也暴露出了部分问题。为此天津市需适时调整思路,实施文化产业园区的综合发展战略,通过扩大园区产业规模、整合故有发展区域、强化社会力量参与等途径促成园区建设的转型升级,最终构建起经济和社会效益并重、创新发展动力强劲、内外保障条件健全的新型文化产业园区。从更深层次而言,此举也是天津市参与推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的一项重要举措。Strengthening the construction of cultural industrial park is an important measure to build a strong cultural city.The construction of Tianjin cultural industrial parks has gained great achievements in recent years.However,some problems have been exposed.Therefore,our city must timely implement the comprehensive development strategy for cultural industry parks,and promote the transformation and upgrading of park construction by expanding the scale of parks,integrating the development region and changing the leading force.Finally,the city will build a new type of cultural industrial park with equal economic and social benefits,strong innovational development momentum,and sound internal and external security conditions.On a deeper level,the above move is also an important measure for our city to participate in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
