摘　　要：目的研究艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞数/CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞数(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值)恢复的影响因素,揭示CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值在抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)中的免疫恢复评估作用。方法以辽宁省治疗库数据为材料,从中筛选符合要求的HIV感染者数据,通过单因素和多因素分析探究影响CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值恢复因素。结果共纳入HIV感染者/AIDS患者14034人,以CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值为因变量,进行单因素和多因素分析。HIV确诊时年龄、基线CD4^(+)数、基线CD8^(+)数、基线CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、HIV确诊至ART间隔时间和ART治疗时长是终线CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值用作评估治疗成功的HIV感染者指标具有指导意义,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值恢复正常可作为HIV治疗的新目标。Objective To study the influencing factors in the recovery of CD4^(+)T lymphocyte(CD4^(+))count to CD8^(+)T lymphocyte(CD8^(+))count ratio(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio)among HIV-infected patients,and to reveal the value of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio in the evaluation of immune system recovery by anti-retroviral therapy(ART).Methods Data of suitable HIV-infected patients were selected from Liaoning Provincial Treatment Database.The factors influencing the recovery of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were explored by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results A total of 14034 HIV/AIDS patients were included.The CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio was used as dependent variable for univariate and multivariate analyses.Age at the time of HIV diagnosis,baseline CD4^(+)count,baseline CD8^(+)count,baseline CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,interval from HIV diagnosis to ART and duration of ART treatment were significant influencing factors of the final CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio(P<0.05).Conclusions The CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio showed instructive value in the evaluation of successful treatment of HIV-infected patients.Restoring CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio can be used as a new target of HIV treatment.
