摘  要:对4500 kW励磁机转子铁心拉紧螺杆个别发生断裂的情况进行了分析,通过断口和受力分析,找到了拉紧螺杆断裂的原因,进而优化了螺杆的装配结构和转子铁心的压装工艺。解决了拉紧螺杆的断裂问题,使其满足运行要求,确保励磁机转子长期安全、稳定运行。The brushless exciter has advantages of simple maintenance and reliable operation.Individual fracture happened among core tightened bolts in 4500 kW exciter rotors is analyzed and fracture cause is found out through fracture stress analysis on the core tightened bolts,so as to optimize the structure as well as press-fitting process of the rotor core.The optimized solution solves the fracture of the core tightened bolts,satisfying the operation requirement and ensuring the long-term safe&stable operation of the exciter rotors.
