摘  要:介绍了氦气检漏方法在氢冷发电机整机气密试验中的应用,描述了氦气检漏设备在制造厂和电厂的实际应用情况,分析了氦气检漏技术在发电机整机气密试验中的使用特点,寻找到一种适合大型氢冷发电机进行整机密封性能检测的方法。新的氦气检漏技术的应用,可进一步丰富发电机气密泄漏的检测方法,为提高发电机的密封性能以及进一步降低发电机运行过程中的氢气泄漏量提供了新的检测技术保障。Application of helium leak detection technology into air-tightness test of hydrogen-cooled generators is introduced,the actual application of helium leak detection equipment in the generator manufacturer and power plant is described and utilization features of the helium leak detection technology into air-tightness test of whole generator are analyzed.Detect method of sealing performance into large hydrogen-cooled generators are found.Application of new helium leak detection technology makes possible to further enrich the leak detection methods in the field of air-tightness test of the generator but also provides the new guarantee for improving the sealing performance of the generator as well as decreasing the leakage amount of hydrogen during operation.
