摘  要:针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机风力发电系统变速运行时存在换相误差的问题,通过对无刷直流发电机反电动势波形的分析,推导出转速变化时换相误差角度与反电动势过零时间间隔的数学关系,并及时调整过零点延时角度,对相应的误差进行补偿。与传统换相误差补偿方法相比,此方法具有能够实时补偿和校正,方法简单,容易实现等优点。经实验验证,该方法可以准确地检测换相误差角度,并能有效地补偿无刷直流电机的换相误差,提高电机换相的精度,具有广泛的适用性和应用价值。In view of the problem of commutation error during variable speed operation of the sensorless brushless DC motor wind power generation system,this paper analyzes the back-EMF waveform of the brushless DC generator,the mathematical relationship between the commutation error angle and the back-EMF zero-crossing time interval is derived,and timely adjust the zero-crossing delay angle to compensate for the corresponding error.Compared with the traditional commutation error compensation method,the commutation error compensation method proposed in this paper can compensate and correct in real time,and the method is simple and easy to implement.The experimental verification shows that the method proposed in this paper can accurately detect the commutation error angle,and effectively compensate the commutation error of the brushless DC motor,improve the commutation accuracy of the motor,and has wide applicability and application value.
