基于灰色关联分析对沥青四组分与水乳型沥青防水涂料性能关系的研究

摘  要:针对水乳型沥青防水涂料受乳化沥青所用基质沥青组分影响显现出不同性能的现象,采用灰色关联分析的方法,对沥青四组分含量与涂料性能的关联性进行了研究,结果表明,胶质含量对涂料拉伸强度的影响最大;沥青质含量和胶质含量对涂料断裂伸长率的影响最大;涂料与混凝土的粘结强度受多组分共同影响。In view of the phenomenon that emulsified asphalt waterproofing coating shows different performances under the influence of the base asphalt components used in emulsified asphalt,the grey correlation analysis method is used to study the correlation between four components content of asphalt and the performance of coating.Results show that the colloid content has the greatest influence on tensile strength of the coating;asphaltene content and resin content have the greatest impacts on elongation at break of the coating;bonding strength between coating and concrete is affected by multiple components.
