涂卷复合防水系统在棚改定向安置房工程中的应用

摘　　要：北京顺义区对接东城区棚改定向安置房项目地下室的防水等级为一级,设计采用了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的复合防水做法。详述了地下室底板、外墙以及车库顶板的施工工艺与质量控制要点,并介绍了节点部位的防水做法。Grade 1 waterproofing is designed for the basement of the directed placement building in Shunyi District,which is built for settlers of the renovated run-down areas in Dongcheng District,and a composite waterproofing practice of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is adopted.The article elaborates on the construction technology and quality control points for the basement bottom plate,external wall and garage top plate,and introduces waterproofing methods for details.
