中国特色农村民主协商——生成逻辑与发展路径

摘　　要：中国特色农村民主协商是在农村民主实践不断走向深入的过程中逐步形成的,开创了我国农村社会治理的新局面。中国农村民主协商形式具有深厚的历史逻辑和现实逻辑,同时具有严密的政治逻辑、经济逻辑和文化逻辑。与西方协商民主相比,中国农村民主协商是在中国共产党的领导下进行,具有广泛的包容性,注重权利与义务并行,是具有中国特色的民主协商形式。The rural democratic consultation with Chinese characteristics has been gradually formed in the process of deepening rural democratic practice and has created a new situation in rural social governance in China.The form of rural democratic consultation in China has profound historical logic and realistic logic,as well as rigorous political logic,economic logic and cultural logic.Compared with western consultative democracy,China's rural democratic consultation is carried out under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).It is a form of democratic consultation with Chinese characteristics,with extensive inclusiveness and a focus on parallel rights and obligations.
