摘 要:【目的】筛选对茶轮斑病菌有拮抗作用的生防木霉菌,为茶轮斑病菌生物防治及生防木霉菌的田间应用提供参考。【方法】采用梯度稀释法分离不同茶区的茶树根际土壤木霉,通过平板对峙法和抑菌圈法筛选拮抗木霉菌,并采用形态特征结合分子发育分析方法明确木霉菌的分类水平。【结果】共分离得到35株木霉菌,从中筛选出7株与茶轮斑病菌对峙培养拮抗能力大于70%的木霉菌;其中,菌株BLS17112505和DS-GSC-3的发酵液对茶轮斑病菌具有抑菌活性,以菌株DS-GSC-3的抑菌率最高,达70.53%;与对照相比,菌株DS-GSC-3的发酵液有助于提高茶叶中氨基酸和儿茶素的含量,分别提高13.87%和8.92%;菌株DS-GSC-3为短密木霉(Trichoderma brevicompactum)。【结论】短密木霉菌株DS-GSC-3的发现为丰富木霉菌的开发利用拓宽了途径,并为木霉菌防治茶轮斑病奠定了理论基础。【Objective】The biocontrol Trichoderma antagonizing the pathogen of tea grey blight is screened to provide a reference for bio-control of tea grey blight and field application of bio-control around tea plants.The plate confrontation method and inhibition zone method are employed to screen antagonistic Trichoderma,and the classification level of Trichodermais clarified by using morphological strains are isolated from rhizosphere soil around tea plants collected from different tea-producing area.Seven Trichodermastrains with more than 70%antagonistic effect of confrontation culture with tea grey blight are screened out.Strain BLS17112505 and Strain DS-GSC-3 fermentation broth have antibacterial activity against tea grey blight,and the antibacterial rate of Strain DS-GSC-3 is the highest,reaching catechin content in tea,respectively 13.87%and 8.92%.Strain DS-GSC-3 is identified as Trichoderma the exploitation and application of Trichoderma.At the same time,the research results lay the theoretical basis for the research of antagonistic mechanism and antibacterial active component of T.brevicompactum Strain DS-GSC-3,as well as the prevention and control of tea grey blight with Trichoderma.
